THE ROLE
The Functional Consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within support. This role covers both the internal and client\-facing activities required for successful support. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know\-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
The Functional Consultant will join our SAP Consulting Practice and will either lead or support one or more SAP Payroll customers in the UK and Ireland.
The role ensures that the functional workstream delivers the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment such that Strada meets the client’s expectations for go live of changes and remediations and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial client relationship. The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology and for ensuring it is used and applied consistently within the programme.
