NYB Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and confident UK Voice Associates to join our team. The role involves conducting professional survey and research calls with UK residents to gather valuable feedback and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound survey and research calls to UK residents
Accurately record responses and maintain data quality
Follow survey scripts and project guidelines
Ensure professional communication and timely completion of targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Clear pronunciation and strong listening skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
Experience in Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, or International Process is an added advantage
Exposure to UK communication standards or UK accent is preferred
