### **Job Description**
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented US IT Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various IT and technology\-related positions within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced recruitment environment.### **Requirements**
Key Responsibilities
Handle end\-to\-end US IT recruitment for clients
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients
Source candidates through job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical and behavioral fit
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and joining dates with selected candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination
Required Skills
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage
Preferred Experience
3\-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Experience hiring for large IT companies, staffing firms, or consulting organizations preferred
Exposure to contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models preferred
Performance Expectations
Meet monthly hiring and closure targets
Maintain quality candidate submissions
Ensure excellent candidate experience
Achieve quick turnaround time for open requirements
Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication
Work Timings
