About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **US IT Recruiter** with 2\+ years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate records and update ATS/CRM systems.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Required Skills

✔ 2\+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

✔ Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types

✔ Hands\-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Indeed

✔ Experience in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work in US shift timings

✔ Experience handling various IT technologies and requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of the US hiring process and tax terms.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000\.00 per month
