Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated **US IT Recruiters** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in the US staffing industry and be comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.
• Ensure timely submissions and meet hiring targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum **2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment**.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Experience with sourcing through various job portals and networking platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong screening and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in **Night Shift (US Shift)**.
