Are you a driven recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding the right talent at scale? We are looking for an experienced **US IT Technical Recruiter** with a strong background in **State Government client hiring** and **high\-volume recruitment** environments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for IT positions supporting **US State Government clients**
• Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements and timelines
• Source, screen, and submit candidates across multiple IT skill sets under tight SLAs
• Handle high\-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer processes
• Ensure adherence to state\-specific hiring guidelines, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

• *Required Qualifications**

• 3\+ years of experience as a **US IT Technical Recruiter**
• Proven experience working with **State Government clients** (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of IT roles including application development, infrastructure, data, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Experience in **high\-volume hiring** and fast\-paced delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with **W2, C2C, and 1099** hiring models
• Knowledge of state hiring processes, rate cards, and compliance documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities
