• *About the Role**

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can manage end\-to\-end recruitment for US clients and deliver qualified candidates against technical requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, internal databases, and other platforms.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the submission process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to meet hiring targets.
• Ensure timely and quality submissions while maintaining candidate engagement.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.

• Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
• Hands\-on experience with US job portals and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
