• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US\-based job requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of US IT staffing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Contact candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and client requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT consultants and candidates.
• Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates and discuss contract opportunities when required.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles is an advantage.
• Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Strong negotiation and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills are required.
