US IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **US IT Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets and ensure timely candidate submissions.
