We are looking for a motivated **US IT Recruiter** to support hiring for IT positions across the United States. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and learning the US recruitment process.
*Experience:** 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
*Location:** Sector 3, Noida
*Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
*Timings** \- 9 PM\- 6 AM (Night Shift)
*Salary** \- Upto 25000/month
*Key Responsibilities**
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Learn US recruitment concepts such as W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
*Required Skills**
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and IT roles.
Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms.
Willingness to work in a fast\-paced environment.
