• *About the Role**

We are looking for experienced US Non\-IT Recruiters to support our growing recruitment operations across healthcare and other non\-IT industries.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for US non\-IT requirements.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for roles across engineering, manufacturing, administrative, finance, and other non\-IT domains.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and drive the submission process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to understand client expectations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, and placements.

• *Required Skills**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Non\-IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing candidates for healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, or other non\-IT positions.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.

Ability to work in US time zones and achieve recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
