Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven **US Staffing Recruiters** to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US\-based clients across various domains. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Understand client requirements and match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated with US staffing trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of US recruitment processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in US Staffing or IT Recruitment will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in the **Night Shift (US Timings)**.
• Candidates residing in **Mohali, Panchkula (Tricity)** or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
