\*Key Responsibilities:\*
1\. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and chat support for US clients
2\. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues patiently
3\. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
4\. Meet quality and productivity targets set by the client
5\. Work in rotational shifts including night shift as per US timings
\*Requirements:\*
1\. \*Education:\* Plus Two / 12th pass or Graduate. Freshers can apply
2\. \*Skills:\* Good spoken and written English communication \- US accent preferred but not mandatory
3\. \*Technical:\* Basic computer knowledge, typing speed 30\+ WPM, stable internet \+ laptop/desktop at home
