Vendor Management Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Vendor Management Executive who will be responsible for developing and strengthening MasonMart's supplier and brand network.

The candidate will identify new vendors, negotiate pricing, establish business relationships with brands, and ensure that MasonMart receives competitive and consistent rates across product categories.

This role directly impacts MasonMart's purchasing strength, product pricing, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor \& Brand Development

\- Identify and onboard new vendors, distributors, stockists, and brands across Mumbai and surrounding regions.

\- Schedule meetings with brands and suppliers to introduce MasonMart's business model and growth plans.

\- Build long\-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and channel partners.

\- Expand MasonMart's vendor network across different geographical areas.

Pricing \& Procurement

\- Negotiate the best possible purchase rates and commercial terms.

\- Work towards obtaining fixed and standardized pricing structures wherever possible.

\- Compare quotations from multiple suppliers and recommend the most cost\-effective options.

\- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and reliability.

Market Research

\- Monitor market pricing trends across construction materials.

\- Identify alternative suppliers and sourcing opportunities.

\- Gather competitor pricing and supplier intelligence.

\- Understand product availability, supply chain challenges, and market fluctuations.

Vendor Performance Management

\- Maintain regular communication with vendors.

\- Resolve pricing, supply, and service\-related issues.

\- Ensure vendors meet agreed service levels and commitments.

\- Develop backup sourcing options for critical products.

Internal Coordination

\- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding pricing and availability.

\- Share updated vendor rates and sourcing opportunities with management.

\- Maintain vendor databases, rate sheets, and procurement records.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
