Job Description

*We’re hiring a Creative Video Editor!** Not someone who just cuts clips but someone who understands storytelling, pace, and why a video actually works.

This is an **in\-house role** in Surat, we want people who actually care, actually want to contribute, want to learn and want their work to have an impact. We need thinkers.

*What you’ll do**

Edit **Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, ads, and branded content**
Handle **colour grading, transitions, sound design**
Add **motion graphics, animated text, visual effects** when needed
Maintain a **clean, consistent brand aesthetic**
Juggle multiple projects without dropping quality
Stay obsessed with **what’s trending and why it works**

Editors with **2\+ years experience** in editing short\-form \+ long\-form content
Agency or content production experience preferred
Strong sense of **storytelling, rhythm, and timing**
Understands **digital marketing and social\-first content**
Organised, fast, and detail\-oriented individual

**Role:** Video Editor (In\-house)
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years
**Location:** Office No. T8\-11, Nilkanth Business Hub Besides D\-Mart Singanpore, Causeway Rd, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004
**Type:** Permanent, full\-time
**Salary:** Based on experience (good work will be paid well)
