Edit raw footage into polished, social\-media\-ready videos for Instagram reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects to make videos more engaging and on\-brand, this is a key focus area for the role.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand the message and tone required for each video and bring it to life visually.
Add sound, music, voiceovers, and sound effects to videos to enhance overall impact and viewer engagement.
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video content, including colours, fonts, and graphic elements.
Stay updated with the latest video and motion graphics trends on Instagram and YouTube, and bring fresh ideas to keep Pacecourt’s content engaging and current.
Recreate long\-form content such as installation videos and case studies into shorter, platform\-specific edits for social media.
Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, templates, and project files for easy access and reuse.
Assist with on\-site or event shoots when required, including basic filming support.
Take feedback from the marketing team and make quick revisions to ensure content meets brand and campaign requirements.
Ensure all videos are exported in the correct formats and specifications for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
Proactively suggest ideas for new video formats, motion graphics styles, or content series based on what is working on social media.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer where needed to ensure consistency between static and video brand assets.
Keep editing software, plugins, and assets organized and up to date.
*Preferred Candidate Profile**
Any graduate (certification in video editing, motion graphics, or animation is a plus)
2 to 3 years of hands\-on video editing experience, ideally for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics work, not just video editing.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing and motion graphics software.
Basic understanding of social media content formats, including reels, shorts, and platform\-specific specifications.
