We are seeking a talented and creative **Video Editor and Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in shaping the visual storytelling of our brand, contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns, events, and educational initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Video Editing and Production:**

• Edit high\-quality videos for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Use the latest tools and AI technologies to create engaging reels.
• Assist with video shooting during events and outdoor activities.

• *Photography:**

• Capture and edit high\-quality photos during events and for marketing purposes.
• Enhance photos to maximize visual impact and brand alignment.

• *Graphic Design:**

• Design posters, graphics, and promotional materials for team activities and campaigns.
• Create custom multimedia content that aligns with Race2Excellence's branding.
• Design and edit educational videos and photos that communicate key messages.

• *Collaboration and Coordination:**

• Work closely with marketing and design teams to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling across all media.

• *Technical Proficiency:**

• Be proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software.
• Implement SEO best practices in video content to enhance social media engagement.
• Optimize media for various social media platforms.

• *Media Management:**

• Maintain and update media libraries for easy access and future use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve media\-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

• *Innovation and Improvement:**

• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, tools, and design trends.
• Suggest enhancements and innovative ideas for ongoing and future projects.

• *Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and photography.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
