About Startup Stairs

Startup Stairs is a startup incubator and accelerator focused on supporting startups through mentorship, innovation, and entrepreneurial development. We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Video Editor to create engaging visual content for our digital platforms and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high\-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.

Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, background music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative content.

Ensure videos align with the brand identity and content strategy of Startup Stairs.

Manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and social media content styles.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction, sound editing, and visual storytelling.

Experience creating short\-form video content and social media reels.

Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.

A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work are required.

Compensation

Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience
