We are looking for a creative and trend\-aware Video Editor to join our team full\-time/part\-time. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and a good understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
Responsibilities
Edit engaging short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
Create fast\-paced, trendy, and audience\-retaining edits
Add transitions, captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and background music
Work closely with the creative/marketing team to deliver high\-quality content
Design basic thumbnails and creative assets using Photoshop
Maintain brand consistency across all video content
Deliver projects on time with proper file organization
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of trending social media editing styles
Knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and reel pacing
Ability to create attention\-grabbing edits within the first few seconds
Creative mindset with good storytelling skills
Prior experience editing reels, ads, or promotional content preferred
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of After Effects is a plus
Malayalam content editing experience preferred
Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement trends
