Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution\-focused Video Editor \& Content Strategist who can independently plan, edit, and deliver high\-impact video content for brand campaigns, programme promotions, leadership events, webinars, learner stories, testimonials, and paid ad creatives. This is an editing\-first role with a strong focus on storytelling, motion graphics, and marketing\-driven content. The ideal candidate should be able to understand campaign goals, choose the right video format, structure narratives, and execute compelling edits aligned with both brand awareness and conversion objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit high\-quality videos for brand campaigns, paid ads, webinars, programme launches, event promotions, testimonials, explainers, and social media content.
● Create motion graphics, title animations, lower thirds, overlays, subtitles, transitions, and visual elements that improve clarity and retention.
● Convert raw footage, webinar recordings, interviews, and event clips into concise, engaging, platform\-ready videos.
● Understand campaign briefs and recommend suitable video formats for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites, and email campaigns.
● Build strong narratives that align with marketing goals such as awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
● Maintain brand consistency across video assets through typography, pacing, visual language, and content structure.
● Manage multiple video projects independently, from brief interpretation and editing to final delivery.
Support content calendars by planning video themes, short\-form edits, campaign cutdowns, and promotional content formats.
● Collaborate with marketing, design, programme, and leadership teams to deliver videos within timelines.
Required Skills
● Strong expertise in video editing and motion graphics.
● Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
● Strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, attention retention, and audience\-first editing.
● Ability to create marketing\-led videos for brand campaigns, paid ads, explainers, testimonials, events, and programme promotions.
● Understanding of subtitles, overlays, transitions, audio cleanup, aspect ratios, and platform\-specific video formats.
● Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver multiple projects with ownership.
● Good design sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a premium visual standard.
Preferred Skills
● Experience creating paid ad creatives or performance\-led video content.
● Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
● Experience editing leadership events, interviews, webinars, educational content, or corporate campaigns.
● Understanding of social media content formats, hooks, thumbnail thinking, and short\-form video structures.
Ideal Candidate
You should be someone who does more than edit clips. You should be able to understand why a video is being made, who it is meant for, what action it should drive, and how the story should be structured to hold attention. You should be comfortable working independently, interpreting briefs, suggesting formats, and delivering polished videos that feel professional, premium, and campaign\-ready.
Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
