Job Description – Video Editor \& Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, ensuring high\-quality output.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, and other visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Create visually appealing thumbnails, banners, and other assets to complement video content.
• Collaborate with the content team to create promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips.
• Ensure videos and graphics align with the brand’s tone, style, and guidelines.
• Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing creative video and design ideas for campaigns.
• Stay updated on video editing and graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Organize and manage video and design files and assets for easy access.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Film Studies, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in video editing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and improve edits and designs as per requirements.
• Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and graphic file types.
