About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team on a fully remote basis. You'll be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, engaging content — with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and keeping viewers hooked from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into final, publish\-ready content
• Apply strong pacing and storytelling techniques to keep content engaging
• Work with color correction, transitions, sound design, and basic motion graphics
• Sync audio, add subtitles/captions, and ensure consistent quality across videos
• Organize and manage project files and media efficiently
• Collaborate with the team on creative direction and feedback
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high editing standards
• Stay updated on current video trends and editing styles

Requirements

• Proven experience editing videos (portfolio/reel required)
• **Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro** (non\-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative flow
• Good eye for visual storytelling and shot selection
• Working knowledge of color grading and audio syncing
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home editing setup
• Good communication skills
