Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative Short\-Form Video Editor who specializes in creating high\-engagement Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. If you know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching until the end, this role is for you. You will be responsible for editing raw footages into fast\-paced, viral\-worthy short\-form content. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into highly engaging Reels/Shorts (30 to 60 seconds). Add trendy, dynamic, and colorful animated captions/subtitles (Alex Hormozi style, clean style, etc.). Use fast cuts, B\-rolls, emojis, sound effects (SFX), and visual hooks to maximize audience retention. Stay up\-to\-date with trending audio, transitions, and editing styles on Instagram and YouTube. Deliver videos in the correct vertical format (9:16\). Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (Desktop), or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and social media algorithms for short\-form content. Ability to deliver edits quickly (fast turnaround time). Experience: Prior experience editing Reels/Shorts is a must. Job Details: Job Type: Freelance / Project\-based Location: Remote (Work from Home)
