• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a video editor who is a creative technologist at heart—someone who blends traditional editing excellence with AI\-powered content creation. You will craft stories that connect deeply with learners across our educational platforms, working at the intersection of Premiere Pro and Runway, After Effects and Veo3\.

• *What You'll Own:**

• *Video Editing \& Post\-Production**

• Edit engaging long\-form and short\-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Ensure high\-quality storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual consistency.
• Perform color correction, quality checks, and final optimization for different platforms.

• *AI\-Powered Content Creation**

• Generate AI visuals, B\-roll, avatars, voiceovers, and creative assets using modern AI tools.
• Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve production quality and speed.
• Integrate AI\-generated content seamlessly into video narratives.

• *Creative Storytelling**

• Collaborate with content strategists and creators to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Create storyboards, visual concepts, and editing approaches aligned with audience behavior.
• Understand how modern audiences consume educational and AI\-focused content.

• *Motion Graphics \& Visual Design**

• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, lower\-thirds, and branded assets using After Effects.
• Design visual elements that enhance engagement and information retention.

• *Must\-Have Skills:**

● Premiere Pro

● After effects

● Basic motion graphics

● Captioning and pacing

● Understanding of YouTube editing styles

• *Good to Have:**

● EdTech or educational video experience

● AI scriptwriting tools familiarity

● Cinematography principles

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
