• *Key Responsibilities \& Job Roles**

​**1\. Short\-Form \& Viral Content Editing (Reels / Shorts)**

• ​Edit dynamic, high\-retention short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok/LinkedIn.
• ​Craft powerful visual/audio hooks within the first 3 seconds of a video to maximize watch time and retention.
• ​Add engaging motion subtitles, sound effects (SFX), pop\-up graphics, b\-roll footage, and trending sound design.

​**2\. Long\-Form Video Production \& Storytelling**

• ​Assemble and edit long\-form videos (YouTube vlogs, brand stories, property walkthroughs, podcasts, or client testimonials).
• ​Structure story arcs, trim filler words, balance audio tracks, and ensure seamless pacing throughout the video.

​**3\. Motion Graphics, Visuals \& Color Grading**

• ​Apply clean motion graphics, lower thirds, callouts, text animations, and logo stingers.
• ​Perform professional color correction and color grading to ensure a high\-end visual tone.
• ​Design eye\-catching video thumbnails in collaboration with the design/marketing team.

​**4\. Media Management \& Asset Organization**

• ​Organize, catalog, and back up raw footage, audio files, project files, and completed brand assets systematically.
• ​Export final videos optimized for specific platform aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1\) and bitrate requirements.

​**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• ​**Editing Output \& Speed:** Consistently meeting weekly video output targets on time.
• ​**Video Retention \& Watch Time:** Maintaining high completion rates and average watch duration on published reels and videos.
• ​**Aesthetic Consistency:** Aligning with brand color schemes, typography, and visual standards.
• ​**Turnaround Time:** Minimizing revision cycles through attention to detail and strong initial cuts.

​**Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• ​**Experience:** 1–3 years of proven hands\-on experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio or video showreel.
• ​**Software Mastery:** High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Excellent knowledge of mobile editing tools like CapCut is a strong plus.
• ​**Storytelling \& Pacing:** Strong sense of video pacing, visual rhythm, sound design, and emotional hook placement.
• ​**Audio \& Color Skills:** Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ, ducking) and color correction.
• ​**Adaptability:** Ability to handle feedback constructively, implement changes quickly, and manage tight publishing deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
