About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor who understands that editing is more than just putting clips together — it's about telling stories.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematic editing, pacing, sound design and creative transitions. We need someone who can transform raw footage into engaging visual experiences that connect with audiences.

You should have both the technical expertise and creative vision to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit podcasts, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, promotional films, brand films and other digital content.
• Understand storytelling, narrative structure, audience engagement and emotional pacing.
• Create engaging edits with seamless transitions, sound design, music synchronization and visual effects.
• Perform professional colour correction and colour grading.
• Work with motion graphics, typography, animations and visual effects.
• Select the right shots and create compelling sequences that maintain audience attention.
• Collaborate with the creative and production team to understand project requirements.
• Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery.
• Stay updated with editing trends, techniques and evolving digital content formats.

Required Skills

• Strong command of **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
• Working knowledge of **Adobe After Effects**.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of storytelling and cinematic editing.
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, composition and visual aesthetics.
• Good knowledge of sound design, audio mixing and colour grading.
• Ability to handle multi\-camera footage, especially podcast edits.
• Understanding of different editing styles for social media, YouTube, advertisements and films.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
