We are looking for a creative Video Editor to create high\-quality property videos, reels, walkthroughs and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Edit property walkthroughs, site progress videos, client testimonials
Create short\-form content: Reels, Shorts, Stories for Instagram / Facebook / YouTube
Add effects, transitions, motion graphics, text animations, background music
Coordinate with marketing \& social media team for content calendar
Handle raw drone shots, 2D/3D walkthroughs and make them presentation\-ready
Maintain video library and timely delivery of projects
Stay updated with latest editing trends \& real estate content styles
**Required Skills**
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve is a plus
Basic understanding of storytelling for real estate
Good sense of music, transitions \& visual appeal
