Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer / Video Editor to capture, produce, and edit high\-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, and brand communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, cinematography, and post\-production, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content.

*Key Responsibilities**

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing, advertising, social media, and corporate communications.
Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using professional editing software.
Add graphics, animations, transitions, music, and sound effects as required.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Manage video assets, equipment, and project files efficiently.
Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

*Reels \& Short\-Form Content Responsibilities**

Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok\-style videos optimized for audience engagement.
Identify and incorporate trending audio, visual effects, editing styles, and social media trends into content.
Develop creative concepts and storyboards specifically for short\-form video campaigns.
Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage, product showcases, customer testimonials, and promotional content for social media.
Edit videos with attention\-grabbing hooks, dynamic transitions, captions, motion graphics, and platform\-specific formatting.
Optimize videos for maximum reach, engagement, and retention across social media platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements for future video content.
Ensure all reels and short\-form videos are delivered in the correct aspect ratios and specifications for each platform.

*Required Skills \& Qualifications**

Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Reels Creator, or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms.
Excellent storytelling, creative, and visual communication skills.
Ability to create viral, trend\-driven, and audience\-focused social media content.
Experience with captioning, motion graphics, and short\-form video editing techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications**

Degree or diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience creating content for social media platforms, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and visual effects.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience working with influencers, brand campaigns, or lifestyle/product content creation.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
