• *About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Videographer \& Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high\-quality video content for digital marketing, social media platforms, corporate communications, promotional campaigns, and internal branding. The candidate should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in videography, and proficiency in professional video editing software.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Plan, shoot, and edit high\-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and corporate events.

· Capture professional footage using DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras.

· Set up lighting, microphones, and other filming equipment to ensure high production quality.

· Edit raw footage into engaging videos by adding transitions, effects, music, graphics, subtitles, and animations.

· Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.

· Create short\-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn videos.

· Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

· Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all video content.

· Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and backups.

· Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media content formats.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Film Making, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in videography or video editing are an added advantage.
• **1–2 years of experience** in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

• *Required Skills:**

· Strong knowledge of videography principles and camera techniques.

· Experience with DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema Cameras.

· Knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.

· Understanding of social media video formats and specifications.

· Creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management and communication skills.

· Photography skills are an added advantage.

· Experience creating content for corporate branding and digital marketing.
