We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented VMS \& Presales Executive to support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities through VMS portals, sourcing platforms, and professional networks. The role will involve monitoring portals, lead generation, proposal support, client outreach, and coordination with internal teams to drive business growth.
● Monitor and manage opportunities across VMS, staffing, and sourcing portals.
● Identify and qualify potential leads for AI data collection, annotation, Generative AI, RLHF, healthcare AI, and data services projects.
● Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other sourcing portals to generate business opportunities.
● Review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client requirements and coordinate internal responses.
● Support proposal creation, capability presentations, and presales documentation.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
● Coordinate with sales, operations, delivery, and leadership teams for solution discussions and proposal submissions.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
● Schedule introductory meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
● Track portal submissions, proposal status, and business development metrics.
● Experience working with VMS portals, sourcing platforms, or presales activities.
● Strong understanding of lead generation and business development processes.
● Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, and online prospecting tools.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare professional responses.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
● Strong research, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000\.00 per year
