Lead sales, business development, and revenue generation for Residential plotting projects. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, developing channel partners, and driving business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Drive sales of industrial plots through direct and channel sales.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely closures, collections, and customer satisfaction.
*Requirements:**
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Minimum 15\+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high\-performing teams.
