\* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
\* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
\* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring process.
\* Manage offer roll\-out, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
\* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and MIS reports.
\* Build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
\* Ensure positive candidate experience and timely closures.
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
\* Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
\* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
