Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Position Details

· Position: Shift Supervisor

· Level: Engineer

· Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain

· Location: Plant / Warehouse

· Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose

· Lead shift\-wise warehouse operations ensuring execution discipline, manpower productivity, and SLA adherence across all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise inbound, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

· Allocate manpower and monitor shift productivity.

· Ensure timely kitting and material supply to production.

· Track dispatch timelines and avoid delays.

· Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates.

· Drive safety, 5S, and compliance.

· On\-Time Dispatch (%)

· Picking Accuracy (%)

· Manpower Productivity

· Damage / Loss %

· Shift SLA Adherence

Skills \& Competencies

· Strong leadership and team handling

· ERP system knowledge (SAP/QAD)

Experience \& Qualification

· Diploma / Graduate

· 3–6 years’ experience in warehouse operations and in manufacturing background
