Weaving Production Manager

A textile production manager oversees all stages of manufacturing, ensuring that fabrics and apparel are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• *Production Planning: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules to meet delivery dates and balance manufacturing lines.**

Resource \& Material Management: Track raw materials inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and allocate workforce and machinery.

• *Quality Control: Set quality standards, review pre\-production samples, and work with quality teams to minimize defects.**

Operations \& Safety: Ensure factory machinery is maintained, work areas are illuminated, and health and safety rules are followed.

• *Team Leadership: Supervise staff, assign daily tasks to supervisors, and arrange training for operators.**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications** Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, and industrial engineering basics.

• *Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage timelines, solve bottlenecks, and handle supply chain delays.**

Communication: Clear coordination between design, sales, purchasing, and shipping departments.

• *Education \& Experience: A degree in textile engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering, alongside several years of factory floor experience.**

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
