Job Description
- *Job Title:** Telesales Representative

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Maintain an understanding of company offerings and stay updated on promotions or changes.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Goal\-oriented and self\-motivated
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
