We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Developer Intern to join our growing team and contribute to real\-world web development projects.

This internship is initially unpaid during the evaluation and training period. Intern performance, consistency, communication, learning ability, and contribution to projects will be reviewed regularly.

Interns who demonstrate strong performance and actively contribute to ongoing projects may become eligible for a performance\-based stipend from the 2nd or 3rd month of the internship. Exceptional performers may also be considered for extended internship opportunities, freelance assignments, or future paid roles as the company grows.

• *Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain responsive websites
• Assist in building landing pages and business websites
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
• Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Identify and fix website bugs and technical issues
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team members
• Implement basic SEO best practices on websites
• Stay updated with web development trends and technologies

• *Requirements**

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Understanding of website development fundamentals
• Knowledge of React JS is a plus
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus
• Problem\-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
