Web Developer (Full\-Stack / Frontend / Backend)About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate **Web Developer** to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Whether you specialize in crafting pixel\-perfect user interfaces, architecting secure server\-side logic, or managing complex database structures, this role offers the opportunity to work with modern tech stacks and solve challenging technical problems.
As a core member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance engineers to turn innovative ideas into clean, production\-ready code.
Key Responsibilities
**Application Development:** Write clean, well\-documented, maintainable, and efficient code to build responsive web applications from scratch.
**Architecture \& Optimization:** Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross\-browser compatibility.
**API Integration:** Design, develop, and integrate secure RESTful APIs and third\-party microservices.
**UI/UX Implementation:** Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch wireframes and designs into high\-quality, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
**Database Management:** Structure, optimize, and maintain database schemas and complex queries to ensure seamless data flow.
**Testing \& Debugging:** Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to identify, isolate, and resolve performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
**Continuous Improvement:** Keep pace with evolving web development trends, frameworks, and security best practices to continuously upgrade our technical infrastructure.
Required Technical Skills and Qualifications
**Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or equivalent practical experience.
**Core Web Technologies:** Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+), and modern web standards.
**Modern Frameworks:** Strong professional experience working with at least one major ecosystem:
*Frontend:* React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js
*Backend:* Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), or Ruby on Rails
**Database \& Storage:** Hands\-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
**Version Control:** Mastery of Git workflow, branching strategies, and handling pull requests via GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
**Cloud \& DevOps Basics:** Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker is a major plus.
