Position: Web Developer

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web pages.
• Work on website customization, UI improvements, and responsive design.
• Manage website content, landing pages, and updates.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Handle social media accounts, create posts, reels, and promotional content.
• Work on SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and Google ranking improvement.
• Manage Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to generate leads.
• Create engaging marketing creatives using Canva or other design tools.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and digital marketing analytics.
• Support online branding, lead generation, and overall company visibility.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of PHP or other web development technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with Canva and content creation.
• Good understanding of website management and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate must have knowledge of both Web Development and Digital Marketing.
• Freshers with practical skills and experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to manage both technical and marketing responsibilities.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹10,072\.08 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
