*Position Title:** Window Fabricator / Aluminum Technician

*Department:** Production / Fabrication Shop Floor

*Location:** Andheri east Mogra village

*Job Type:** Full\-time

*Shift:** 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

*Reports To:** Shop Floor Supervisor / Production Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **Window Fabricator** to join our production team. The role involves cutting, assembling, and finishing high\-quality aluminum window and door frames, as well as integrating architectural glass units. The ideal candidate must have a sharp eye for precision, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience operating standard workshop machinery to deliver flawless, high\-end structural systems.

Key Responsibilities

*1\. Cutting \& Machining**

Read, interpret, and work accurately from architectural shop drawings, cutting lists, and blueprints.
Operate fabrication machinery including mitre saws, double\-head cutters, copy routers, and punching machines.
Measure and cut aluminum profiles with absolute precision to minimize material wastage.

*2\. Assembly \& Glazing**

Assemble window and door frames (sliding, casement, fixed, etc.) using appropriate corner cleats, joints, and mechanical fasteners.
Install rubber gaskets, weather\-stripping, wool piles, and high\-performance silicone sealants to ensure airtight and water\-resistant finishes.
Carefully handle, fit, and secure architectural glass units into fabricated aluminum frames on the assembly table.

*3\. Quality Control \& Maintenance**

Inspect finished products against quality standards to ensure flawless alignment, smooth hardware operation (locks, rollers, hinges), and zero scratches.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workshop tools and machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
Safely pack and stack fabricated units onto transport racks to prevent damage during transit to site.
