Experience In the fabrication industry manufacturing chemical process equipment for Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, and Refineries.
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering
Prior management or manufacturing experience is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent team\-building and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross\-functional team members
Technical competencies in manufacturing (e.g. technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software
Factory managers have vital role and are also known as commercial Production Managers.
Supervising the entire units of workers to overseeing plant operations.
Their typical job responsibilities are ensuring that safety and quality control issue of the production are carried out perfectly by following industry standards.
