The Zonal Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of multiple luxury retail stores within the assigned zone. The role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining brand standards, managing store operations, and leading regional retail teams to maximize profitability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Drive zonal sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Retail Operations Management
- Oversee the operations of all stores within the assigned zone.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and luxury retail standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure seamless store operations and optimum resource utilization.
Customer Experience \& Brand Management
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service across all stores.
- Maintain premium brand image and luxury retail standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
Team Leadership \& Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and regional retail teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
- Foster a high\-performance and customer\-centric culture.
Financial \& Commercial Management
- Manage zonal budgets and operational expenses.
- Monitor key retail KPIs including sales conversion, average transaction value, footfall, and profitability.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining service excellence.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Recommend business strategies based on market insights.
- Support expansion initiatives and new store openings within the zone.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3–5 years in a multi\-store leadership role.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, watches, lifestyle, or high\-end consumer brands preferred.
