Account Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance activities, receivables management, and financial coordination functions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands\-on experience in Tally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in Tally.
• Prepare Profit \& Loss Statements and other financial reports.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.
• Prepare and file GST returns (preferred).
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Generate MIS reports and support management with financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
• Proficiency in Tally with the ability to handle accounts up to finalization and P\&L preparation.
• Knowledge of GST filing and statutory compliance preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
