We are looking for a responsible and customer\-friendly **Property Caretaker / Front Office Executive** to manage the daily operations of our property. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic smartphone knowledge.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle guest check\-in and check\-out procedures.
Attend phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Manage room bookings and occupancy records.
Collect payments and maintain daily accounts.
Coordinate housekeeping activities and room readiness.
Submit daily operational reports to management.
Ensure guest satisfaction and provide basic customer support.
*Requirements:**
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Ability to maintain records and handle cash collections.
Responsible, polite, and service\-oriented attitude.
Experience in hotel, lodge, resort, or front office operations will be an added advantage.
