Account Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the timely completion of statutory compliances and financial reporting.

The candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and general ledger accounting. Experience in an Tally or Zoho Books will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and post journal entries, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and expense entries.
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting of business transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial records.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Maintain customer ledgers and track outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with internal teams and customers regarding overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
• Reconcile purchase registers with GSTR\-2B and identify input tax credit discrepancies.
• Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, payment, return preparation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain statutory compliance records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and auditors for GST, TDS, and other statutory matter
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding entries.
• Reconcile vendor, customer, employee advance, and expense accounts.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
