Job Summary
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and client\-focused Account Manager – Finance to manage and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients. The role involves overseeing client accounts, understanding financial needs, coordinating financial services, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
- Monitor account performance, financial transactions, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams including finance, operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, account reviews, and performance updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Resolve client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support account onboarding, documentation, renewals, and contract management.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Contribute to achieving revenue, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance) or professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, CA, or NISM certifications are preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience managing client portfolios and financial products is preferred.
