Final Founder Round Either Virtual or F2F Role Summary Senior\-level brand leadership role responsible for managing and shaping two luxury brands simultaneously – The Quarry \& Design First. This role owns: • Brand strategy • Communication standards • Creative direction • Team \+ agency management • Final quality of all brand output • Education: Master’s in Anthropology Ensures both brands maintain completely distinct voices, positioning, and storytelling styles without overlap. Key Responsibilities 1\. Brand Strategy (Dual Brand Ownership) • Own end\-to\-end brand positioning for The Quarry \& Design First • Maintain two separate brand voice guidelines: o The Quarry → premium, restrained, material authority o Design First → warm, design\-led storytelling • Define quarterly content themes, campaigns, and platform strategy for both brands • Translate core brand philosophy into clear communication guidelines for execution • Identify gaps in brand communication and improve consistency and quality 2\. Creative \& Agency Management • Manage all external agencies and creative partners for both brands • Write and approve creative briefs for campaigns and content • Review and approve all external creative before publishing • Ensure all deliverables meet brand tone, quality, and luxury standards 3\. Team Leadership \& Content Control • Lead and guide in\-house team: o Content Writer o Graphic Designer o Performance \& Digital Marketing team • Review all content before publishing across both brands • Run weekly content/quality review meetings • Set and enforce brand quality benchmarks for both brands • Participate in hiring and interviews for creative roles 4\. Campaign \& Workflow Management • Own end\-to\-end campaign timelines (brief → execution → delivery → approval) • Build structured internal approval and review process • Ensure smooth coordination between teams without delays or bottlenecks • Track all content and campaign output across both brands 5\.
