Job Description: Accounts Analyst – CFO Support

• *Salary:** ₹24,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Accounts Analyst** to assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and bank reconciliations. Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and accounting procedures are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO with daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting records and transactions using Tally.
• Handle GST\-related documentation and compliance support.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ledger scrutiny, account verification, and financial data analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
• Support the CFO in various finance and accounting activities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of **Tally, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation**.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage accounting tasks accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in a **Chartered Accountant (CA) firm** will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from **Angamaly and nearby areas** are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be preferred.

Salary \& Benefits
