Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts (2-4 yrs exp)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record\-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and financial reporting while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and day\-to\-day bookkeeping.
• Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment follow\-ups.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Verify and process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial data for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting software such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or D2C businesses.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost tracking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
