Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated **Business Development Executive** to drive sales growth through channel partners and strategic accounts within the domestic market. The role focuses on business development, partner management, and revenue generation while expanding the company’s market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market
  • Acquire and manage channel partners, resellers, and strategic clients
  • Drive sales closures to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and commercial discussions with clients and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

Partner \& Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and clients
  • Support partners with onboarding, training, and sales enablement activities
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and drive repeat business

Market \& Growth Initiatives

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and new revenue streams
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation

Reporting \& Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer data in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and support to ensure smooth order execution

Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in domestic sales, B2B sales, or channel sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Target\-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or resellers
  • Understanding of domestic market dynamics
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
