Accounts & Finance Executive

• *Job Summary**

Grafton Ecommerce is a growing international e\-commerce business operating in the UK and UAE.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail\-oriented Accounts \& Finance Executive to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records and support the financial operations of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with numbers, comfortable using accounting software and interested in gaining experience in international business finance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily bookkeeping, income, expenses and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, receipts and payment records.
• Handle bank reconciliations and track cash flow.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase and expense records.
• Reconcile e\-commerce sales, marketplace payments and payment gateways.
• Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements and summaries.
• Track supplier payments, customer balances and outstanding invoices.
• Assist with UK VAT, UAE VAT and other tax\-related documentation.
• Support payroll, budgeting and financial planning.
• Use accounting software, Excel, AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with external accountants and management when required.

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• Relevant accounting qualification.
• Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero or similar software.
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Knowledge of GST, VAT and financial reporting is an advantage.
• Experience in e\-commerce or international accounting is beneficial.
• Accurate, trustworthy, organised and responsible.• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to learn new software, technologies and accounting processes.

Previous accounting experience is preferred, but candidates with strong accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Job Type: Full\-time

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (30\-minute break)

Work Location: Malappuram or Perinthalmanna (Fully office\-based)
